Bilpa — Brand architecture to organize and empower your growth

Challenge
Over the years, Bilpa had built a solid reputation in the industrial sector, based on reliability, proximity, and technical expertise. However, the growth of its business lines—ranging from import and distribution to engineering, assembly, and fuels—created increasing complexity when communicating what the company actually did and how its offering was organized.
The brand concentrated multiple activities under a single name without a clear architecture, making it difficult to address specific audiences without affecting global perception. This overlap limited its positioning potential in strategic segments and failed to fully capitalize on the value accumulated by the parent brand.
The challenge was then to organize, clarify, and project the business into the future, answering three essential questions: what Bilpa does, what its purpose is, and how it structures its value proposition. It was necessary to design a brand architecture that preserved the brand's historical strength while enabling more focused and competitive growth in each area of operation.

Strategy
The strategy focused on developing a monolithic brand architecture to consolidate Bilpa as a strong, leading master brand, extending its name to the various business units through descriptive naming consistent with each specialty.
In this way, the "Bilpa" root acts as a guarantor of heritage, trust, and reliability, while each extension—Industrial, Assemblies, Fuels, Engineering, and Execution—provides sectoral clarity and communication freedom to engage specific audiences without fragmenting the identity.
An identification system was designed to maintain visual coherence and belonging to the parent brand, incorporating chromatic and naming differentiations for quick unit recognition. This solution not only organizes the portfolio but also drives growth areas, strengthens strategic positioning, and builds a perception of an end-to-end partner for clients and suppliers.
The result is a structured, clear, and scalable brand, where the architecture is not merely a nominal organization, but a strategic tool to consolidate Bilpa's industrial leadership and enhance its future projection.
